Finishing Week 6

Friday, December 13th:
Loving the progress! Close to my fastest time! Not bad. 
I could have done better if I were to have started with my normal stretching routine. I guess today I was in a hurry to get out and run. Because of that I forgot to stretch and my time and progress did suffer. Along with my left leg. My muscles are very sore and achey right now. More than normal. It's as if they are yelling at me saying I told you stretching helps! Head over to my Helpful Tips for stretching routines! Don't make the same mistake I did please. : )
