Smoked Honey BBQ Pork Ribs

Smoked Honey BBQ Pork Ribs:
*To prepare buy and marinate a day before you are planning to smoke them.*

Ingredients for Honey Marinade:
Johnnys seasoning
Sweet and smokey BBQ rub
A splash of your favorite beer
A bottle,   oz, of your favorite BBQ sauce
3 tablespoons Honey
4 meaty bare pork ribs

Tools you will need:
A smoker
Aluminum foil
Big zip lock storage baggies.

Pair with:

Mashed potatoes and smoked/ steamed vegetables of your choice, broccoli and carrots are a favorite here.

How to do it:

Pour together all Ingredients into a ziplock bag, close tight letting all air out. Rub together all ingredients onto the pork ribs. Store in refrigerator flipping around every so often as to make sure the marinade is stirred together. Leave in fridge 24 hours before smoking.

After marinating, set out enough foil to use as a transfer plate into the smoker. Remove ribs from marinade bag and place onto foil pour left over marinade onto ribs. Cover with foil and place into smoker. Smoke for 30 minutes to then remove foil cover. Continue smoking until, desired doneness is achieved.
