Week 5 results so far



5th week jog records:
Sunday dec 1 - 2 miles 45 minutes- walked more than usuall.
Monday dec 2 - 2 miles 29.37
Tuesday dec 3 - 2 miles - 25.13 minutes
Wed dec 4 - yoga stretch it out day of rest
Thursday 5 - 3.4 miles -


December 5th, 2013:

= 3.4 miles.  47.49

Average pace per mile:
13.96 minutes per mile


* I run with one of my shepherds and see many other dogs during my jogs. This sometimes adds a couple minutes or so. Due to the mean dogs along the road. But either way, I still would like to get my average pace per mile lower. 

Hopefully this can give everyone some inspiration. I know these aren't the best times, but I am trying! And trying makes me proud and gives me motivation to push harder to obtain my goal. 25 days until race day! I'm glad I have some time left to improve. Either way at least I know I will be able to finish the race strong!
